Yes, all product prices are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT) and the cost of embroidery.

Our minimum order quantity for customised items is 10. There is no minimum order quantity for non-customised items.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for production, starting from the date of payment. Please allow a further 2 days for delivery.

After placing your order, we’ll send you an email request for a copy of your artwork.

We accept various file formats, including JPEG, PNG, AI, PS, SVG, and PDF. However, please ensure that the images are high-resolution.

Keep in mind that there’s limited space for embroidery on beanies and caps. Therefore, simple designs with minimal text work best.

IMPORTANT: you must be the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the artwork.

We do not accept returns on customised products unless the items are faulty, damaged or an error has been made with your order which is our fault.

For all non-customised items, we have a 14 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
