Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
No, all our prices are quoted exclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).
VAT and shipping will be added to your order at checkout.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for custom beanies, embroidered caps, bucket hats and polo shirts is 10 items.
The 10 items must all be the same product.
When will I get my order?
Our standard production timescale is 5 to 10 working days, starting from the later of either the receipt of payment or approval of the digital mock-up.
While we aim to meet this timescale, it is not guaranteed. Production times may vary slightly during busy periods such as the run-up to holidays or peak seasons.
What is included within the price?
The price includes standard embroidery in one location, with a maximum stitch count of 12,000 stitches.
Should you require more than one embroidered logo, multiple embroidery locations, or 3D embroidery, please contact us and request a personalised quote.
All orders also include a FREE digital mock-up of your design.
How do I send you my artwork?
You can upload your artwork to our website on the product page when ordering. Alternatively, we will email you for a copy of your artwork after you have completed your purchase.
We accept various file formats, including JPEG, PNG, AI, PS, SVG, and PDF. If providing JPEG or PNG files, please ensure they are high resolution images.
Keep in mind that there’s limited space for embroidery on beanies and caps. Therefore, simple designs generally work best.
IMPORTANT: you must be the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the artwork.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at £10 +VAT per order.
FREE shipping is provided for orders over £150 +VAT.
Do you offer embroidery on other types of clothing?
Yes, we do.
We offer embroidery and printing on all types of clothing, garments, and accessories: such as t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, jackets, Hi-Viz wear, tote bags, and more.

What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns on customised products unless the items are faulty, damaged or an error has been made with your order which is our fault.
For all non-customised items, we have a 14 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
