Upload your Artwork

Upload your file and tick the box to confirm you have permission to use the artwork.

Artwork Guidelines:

Embroidery space on beanies, caps, and bucket hats is limited. We recommend a maximum design size of 60mm (H) × 110mm (W).

Simple designs work best. Very small details, complex textures and gradients may not embroider clearly. Photo-realistic images will not work at this scale.

AI-generated images or highly detailed designs will usually need modification before they can be embroidered.

If you’re unsure whether your design is suitable, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

Pre-production Mock-up
