Your design is embroidered directly onto the beanie for a premium, long-lasting finish. Perfect for businesses, sports teams, charities, staff uniforms, school events, or personal projects.

Made from 100% recycled acrylic.

What's Included: The price includes embroidery of one logo in one location.

Additional Customisation: Multiple logos, additional embroidery locations, 3D puff embroidery, printed transfers and woven badges require a personalised quote.

Maximum Stitch Count: The standard allowance is up to 12,000 stitches per design. Most designs typically fall between 3,000 and 10,000 stitches. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge for designs that significantly exceed 12,000 stitches.

Artwork Guidelines

Recommended Design Size

The embroidery area on beanies, caps and bucket hats is limited. We recommend a maximum design size of 60mm (H) × 115mm (W). Actual embroidery dimensions may vary depending on the product and available embroidery area.

Keep Designs Simple

Simple designs generally produce the best embroidery results. Fine lines, small text, intricate details, complex textures and gradients may not reproduce clearly when embroidered. Photorealistic images are generally unsuitable for embroidery at this size.

Minimum Text Size

For the best results, we recommend a minimum text height of 4mm, using a simple, clear font. Smaller text may not embroider cleanly or remain legible.

Complex Artwork

Complex or highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified or modified to achieve a clear, high-quality embroidery result.

Production Time: Our standard production time is approximately 10 working days from receipt of payment. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed timescale and may vary depending on our current workload.

Delivery Time: Please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery after production is complete.

Made-to-Order Products: All items are made to order. Returns are accepted for products that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced.

Artwork Approval: Customers are responsible for carefully checking and approving all artwork and digital mock-ups before production. Please ensure that colours, spelling, layout and all other details are correct before giving approval.

Order Cancellations: As work may begin and costs may be incurred once an order is placed, cancellation charges may apply to cover costs already incurred. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
