Artwork Guidelines:
Embroidery space on beanies, caps, and bucket hats is limited. We recommend a maximum design size ofĀ 60mm (H) Ć 110mm (W).
Simple designs work best. Very small details, complex textures and gradients may not embroider clearly. Photo-realistic images will not work at this scale.
AI-generated images or highly detailed designs will usually need modification / simplification before they can be embroidered.
If youāre unsure whether your design is suitable, please contact us and weāll be happy to advise.
Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order. Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged products, or where there is an error with the design and it is our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork and digital mock-ups for accuracy prior to production.
As costs are incurred once an order is placed, we reserve the right to deduct all such costs from any refund should you cancel your order at any time.

Price includes embroidery in one location. Please request a personalised quote if you require 3D puff embroidery, printed transfers or woven badges.
