Artwork Guidelines:
Embroidery space on beanies, caps, and bucket hats is limited. We recommend a maximum design size of 60mm (H) × 110mm (W).
Simple designs work best. Very small details, complex textures and gradients may not embroider clearly. Photo-realistic images will not work at this scale.
AI-generated images or highly detailed designs will usually need modification before they can be embroidered.
