AS Colour Class Cord Cap – Custom Embroidered

The AS Colour Class Cord Cap professionally embroidered with your logo, brand, business, team, or design. All-inclusive pricing – no hidden extras!

This mid-weight, unstructured six-panel cap is crafted from 100% cotton with 8-Wale Partridge Cord. It features a flat peak, adjustable metal clasp fastener, and tonal under-peak lining. One size fits all, complete with a tear-out AS Colour label for effortless customisation.

Made from 100% Cotton, ideal for branded merchandise, everyday wear, or promotional use.

Price includes embroidery of one logo in one location. For multiple logos, additional embroidery locations, 3D puff embroidery, printed transfers or woven badges, please request a personalised quote.

Maximum stitch count: 12,000 stitches. Most designs fall between somewhere 3,000 and 10,000 stitches. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge for designs significantly exceeding 12,000 stitches.

Artwork Guidelines

The embroidery area on beanies, caps and bucket hats is limited. We recommend a maximum design size of 60mm (H) × 115mm (W).

Simple designs produce the best results. Fine lines, small text and details, complex textures and gradients may not reproduce clearly when embroidered. Photo-realistic images are generally not suitable for embroidery at this size.

For text, we recommend a minimum height of 4mm, using a simple, clear font. Text smaller than this may not embroider cleanly or remain legible.

Complex or highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified or modified to achieve a good embroidery result.

Our standard production time is approximately 10 working days from receipt of payment. This is a guide rather than a guaranteed timescale and may vary slightly depending on our current workload.

Please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.

All items are made to order. Returns are accepted only for products that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced by us.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving all artwork and digital mock-ups before production. Please check these carefully to ensure that colours, spelling, layout and other details are correct.

As work and costs may be incurred once an order is placed, cancellations may be subject to charges for costs already incurred.
