Artwork Guidelines

The available embroidery area on beanies, caps and bucket hats is limited. We recommend a maximum design size of 60mm (H) × 115mm (W).

Simple designs work best. Very small details, fine lines, complex textures and gradients may not reproduce clearly when embroidered. Photo-realistic images are generally not suitable at this size.

Highly detailed or complex artwork may need to be modified or simplified before it can be embroidered.

Our standard production time is approximately 10 working days from receipt of payment. This is a guide rather than a guaranteed timescale and may vary slightly depending on our current workload.

Please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.

All items are made to order. Returns are accepted only for products that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced by us.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving all artwork and digital mock-ups before production. Please check these carefully to ensure that colours, spelling, layout and other details are correct.

As work and costs may be incurred once an order is placed, cancellations may be subject to charges for costs already incurred.
